That was so hard, the sample / practice tests are nothing compared to the actual Apple Desktop Service Exam. They really want you to KNOW this stuff, study everything you possibly can on the Hardware side, leave nothing untouched.

    I'm pretty far away from being able to take such a test. But I aspire to being able to fix my own mac and maybe even have a job relating to repairing macs.
