    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt;I have taken the three day class. I am ready to take the test. I have heard it is rough. Is there an interactive test that is software that tests you like you are tested by Prometric?
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;I have seen a company called Testking that has the only software I have found. Has anyone ever dealt with them? Are there others out there that are better?
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;I want to take this test then the portables and desktops after.

    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt;I was looking into becoming an Apple Certified Administrator a few months ago and looking for classes to attend. What I heard from a few places that I contacted was that the courses were going to change. Any word on if these changes have been passed down from on high yet? Has Apple released the new curriculum standards yet? &lt;/div&gt;

    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt; has anyone else ever noticed that safari wont recognized a quicktime mp4 file weblink, it opens to the raw text data of the file which usually crashes the browser
&lt;br/&gt;why cant an apple brand product recognize another apple brand codec???
&lt;br/&gt;even with the correct quicktime mime settings in place
&lt;br/&gt;safari has had this bug for over a year now
&lt;br/&gt;firefox and IE have no trouble with this on mac
&lt;br/&gt;was up?

    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt;That was so hard, the sample / practice tests are nothing compared to the actual Apple Desktop Service Exam.   They really want you to KNOW this stuff, study everything you possibly can on the Hardware side, leave nothing untouched.&lt;/div&gt;
